Who Should Join?

• Children ages 3 to 5 preparing for TK or Kindergarten

• Ideal for bilingual children or those with limited/no prior school experience

• Small group size (maximum 4 kids per group) ensures personalized attention and goal-oriented support from our experienced occupational therapists

• Behavioral Readiness: Able to follow one-to-two-step directions and potty trained.

What Skills Will Be Addressed?

• ABC recognition and letter formation

• Pre-writing skills and development of age-appropriate pencil grip

• Fine motor skills for classroom tasks and self-care routines

• Gross motor skills for school-based physical activities

• Emotional regulation and social interaction

• Turn-taking, initiating play, and peer communication

• Ability to follow multi-step group instructions

• Weekly home activities will be provided to support skill generalization

Class Information

🗓️ Start/End Dates: From June 10 to August 7, 2025

🕘 Class meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 9 AM to 12 PM

Enrollment Options

• All 8 weeks (6/10 - 8/7) & 6/12

• 4 weeks (6/10 & 7/10)

• 4 weeks (7/15-8/7) 

🚫 No classes scheduled during the week of July 4th

• A minimum consecutive 4-week enrollment is required to ensure consistent participation and maximize each child’s progress.

• Class content and scheduling subject to change without prior notice

• If a week is full, you will be notified and added to a waiting list at no charge

Rates & Discounts

• $270/week

• $45 non-refundable deposit per participant required at registration. The remaining balance will be due before the camp starts.

New Client Orientation

New clients will be invited to participate in a 20–30 minute tour and therapist screening prior to starting the program. This allows us to better understand your child’s needs and goals, and ensure our program is a good fit.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change and will do our best to accommodate your needs. However, due to the limited number of spots in our summer program, the following cancellation policies apply:

• Non-Refundable Deposit: A $45 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your child’s spot. Registrations without a deposit will not be held.

• 7+ Days Before Start Date: If you cancel more than 7 days prior to your scheduled camp week, your payment will be refunded minus the deposit.

• Less Than 7 Days Before Start Date: Cancellations made 7 days or less before the start of camp are non-refundable, and the full weekly fee will be charged.

• Changes to Registration: If you need to switch to a different week, please contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are subject to availability and timing.

Insurance Information

We do not bill insurance directly. Upon request, we can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Participation Requirements

• Children must be potty trained and have the ability to follow simple one-to-two-step group directions with gentle reminders. If children demonstrates consistent disruptive behavior, the program reserves the right to terminate the service at any time.
