If we are not currently affiliated with your insurance provider, we can offer a superbill. A superbill serves as a receipt for a session with an out-of-network provider. This allows patients to submit claims to their health insurance for potential reimbursement. The amount reimbursed is determined by the individual healthcare policy at the time the claim is processed. To understand your out-of-network benefits, please reach out to your insurance provider.
The responsibility for all rendered services rests with the child’s family. If you aim to seek possible reimbursement from your insurance company for an out-of-network provider, ensure you provide us with the necessary details to include in your invoice:
A referral letter or prescription for services from the referring physician.
DSM-IV or ICD-10 diagnosis and code number, as designated by the physician.
Please note: Payments are due at the time of service, regardless of any delays in insurance reimbursement.
We accept the following payment methods:
Cash, Apple Pay, Zelle, and all major credit cards
Checks (A credit card must be kept on file if paying by check.)
Payment is taken upfront, and we do not offer refunds — only the option to reschedule.
If you need to cancel a session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full session rate. Our office manager will review the complete cancellation policy with you during your first session and answer any questions.
