Superbill Options for Out-of-Network Insurances
If we are not currently affiliated with your insurance provider, we can offer a superbill. A superbill serves as a receipt for a session with an out-of-network provider. This allows patients to submit claims to their health insurance for potential reimbursement. The amount reimbursed is determined by the individual healthcare policy at the time the claim is processed. To understand your out-of-network benefits, please reach out to your insurance provider.
The responsibility for all rendered services rests with the child’s family. If you aim to seek possible reimbursement from your insurance company for an out-of-network provider, ensure you provide us with the necessary details to include in your invoice:
A referral letter or prescription for services from the referring physician.
DSM-IV or ICD-10 diagnosis and code number, as designated by the physician.
It's crucial to note that payments are due upon receipt, irrespective of any delays in reimbursement by insurance companies.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
Payment
We accept cash, Apple Pay, Zelle, and all major credit cards as forms of payment. While we do accept checks, we require a credit card to be kept on file.
Payment is taken upfront, and we do not offer refunds—only the option to reschedule.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and Missed Appointments: If you cannot attend a scheduled session, it's essential that you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. If not, you might be charged the full rate of the session. During your first session, our office manager will provide a detailed overview of the cancellation policy and address any queries you might have.
