A sensory-friendly movement program designed to support children and teens with all abilities in building strength, confidence, and emotional regulation through guided physical activity.
This program is ideal for:

Our child-centered approach combines adaptive fitness, sensory integration, and emotional support to promote overall well-being.
Build endurance, flexibility, and strength
Improve coordination, balance, and motor control

Provide sensory-friendly activities tailored to each child's needs
Support nervous system regulation and relaxation through gentle, guided movement
Teach practical coping strategies
Enhance focus, working memory, and self-regulation
Start Date: June 1, 2026 (subject to availability)
Session Length: 60 minutes, once per week
Available Days: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
Family-Friendly Scheduling: Siblings and friends are welcome to attend during the same time slot (up to 2)
First session will be mandatory 45 minutes screening assessment and 15 minutes parent consultation. This initial session helps us understand your child's unique strengths and needs so we can create a personalized and supportive experience.
8 Sessions: $860 (Includes initial assessment and all materials)
